Woman Eats Too Much 911
Woman Eats Too Much 911, A 45-year-old woman who called 911 because she said she ate too much food has been arrested, according to the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office. Mary Lisee was arrested Sunday on charges of disorderly conduct and misuse of 911.

According to the arrest report, deputies were called to the Travelers Inn in Fort Pierce after a woman called 911 requesting help and then hung up.

When deputies arrived, they saw Lisee through the window of her room “jumping up and down and yelling.” A man then walked out of the room, told deputies Lisee was his girlfriend and that he was leaving “so he could sleep in peace” because she “could not stop talking.”

According to the report, Lisee told deputies she had called 911 because she “had eaten too much food.” Deputies said she was yelling and smelled of alcohol.

Asked to read a “mostly illegible” statement she was asked to write, Lisee stated: “My name is Mary Ellen Lisee. I have beaten, I believe in God, and he forgives me. I may joke, but I do not do crack. I will not for as long as I live.”

Deputies said Lisee was asked to sign the statement if she swore it to be true, but she refused. She was then arrested and taken to the St. Lucie County Jail.
